Build an approved example library for content virtual assistants
Teach article standards through current examples while preventing copied phrasing and stale policy from spreading.

Choose examples for a named lesson
An example should demonstrate something specific, such as evidence scope, introduction length, source notes, or escalation language. A page that performed well in search may still be a poor model for factual review. Record why each example belongs in the library.
Mark what should not be copied
Separate the reusable principle from the article's wording, facts, and structure. Tell the assistant to match the standard, not imitate sentences. Examples with dated claims need an expiry or review trigger so old evidence does not travel into new drafts.
Keep exceptions visible
Some strong pages deliberately break a usual pattern. Note the reason and approving owner. Without that context, a remote writer may treat an exception as the default and reproduce it where the tradeoff does not fit.
Control access and retirement
Store approved examples in the working system, assign a curator, and review them when services or policies change. Remove superseded items from the active set while preserving any record required by company policy. Do not use private client work unless its use was explicitly authorized.
Calibrate with a short exercise
Give two writers the same bounded brief and ask them to explain which example principles they used. Compare the reasoning before comparing prose. If the lesson is interpreted differently, revise the annotation instead of demanding closer imitation.
Put the routine into practice
Start with one article lane and keep editorial, security, legal, financial, and business approvals with the named owners. OverseasVirtualAssistant.com can help scope Philippines-based support around the preparation and handoff work.
