Daily article operations guide
Open every source before daily VA research moves to drafting
Catch broken links, summaries, and mismatched evidence before they enter an article.

Where the work breaks
A plausible search result can point to a withdrawn page, secondary summary, or document that never supports the proposed claim. Copying the link into a brief carries the problem downstream.
A routine the team can repeat
Open each approved source. Record its publisher, title, date when shown, relevant passage, and the precise claim it may support. Separate background reading from evidence used in public copy.
What to keep in the record
Keep the direct URL and a short relevance note beside the claim. Flag sources that depend on an account or temporary session.
Who decides
A working link does not prove authority or accuracy. The editor decides whether the source fits the claim and whether specialist review is required.
Use this in the daily queue
Apply the check to one named article and keep the result with that article’s release record. A short, specific entry is more useful than a generic "done" status.
