A version-paired audit of consequential claims before and after an article is edited.
Methodology
Observation window: September 14, 2026, 00:00–23:59 Asia/Jakarta. Research question: For cited claims in an accepted draft, does the source passage still support the final publish-candidate wording? Scope: Consequential cited claims in one declared set of paired versions. Source truth, uncited advice, ranking, and later changes are excluded. Method: Freeze both versions and define claim types first. Match claims, record wording changes, open the primary source, and code direct support, partial support, inference, conflict, or unavailable. A second reviewer checks changed claims and ambiguous codes. The cited primary guidance informs the criteria; the study design, coding, calculations, and local interpretations are ours.
